New Mayor appointed for Kildare/Newbridge
The Kildare Newbridge Municipal District Committee today appointed Councillor Noel Heavey as Mayor and Councillor Anne Connolly as Deputy Mayor of the Municipal District Committee, at their annual meeting, which was held in the MERITS, Devoy Park, Naas, Co Kildare.
The appointment of new Cathaoirligh, Leas Cathaoirligh, Mayors and Deputy Mayors for the other four Municipal District Committees in Kildare will be made at each of the respective Municipal District meetings throughout July.
