14 February 2025 Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office is excited to host The Big Business Show at MERITS, Naas on Tuesday, 4th March from 3:30 pm to 8 pm. This event is an opportunity for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to discover everything they need to know about starting and growing a business. Join us in person to access focused events as part of a national programme of events for Local Enterprise Week.
Encouraging the business community in Kildare to get involved, Jacqui Mc Nabb, Head of Enterprise, Tourism and Economic Development, Kildare County Council said: “Local Enterprise Week is a fantastic marker in the road for any business. It’s an opportunity to take stock of where you are, see where you can grow, where you can innovate or maybe become more sustainable and see what resources are available on your doorstep. There is something for everyone at Kildare’s Big Business Show including the opportunity to meet many government agencies tasked with supporting businesses. And for those who maybe always had that ambition to start on their own, or a great idea, this is the week to see how to get started and make it happen.”

- Avail of one-on-one sessions with experts and mentors in the advisor zone.
- Immerse yourself in virtual reality in the MERITS Content Lab, get your own professional headshot and demo your first podcast.
- Meet the entire LEO and MERITS teams and network with like-minded entrepreneurs.
