NOTICE OF LEVYING OF COMMERCIAL RATE FOR 2026 IN THE COUNTY OF KILDARE

Notice is hereby given that under Section 3(1) of the Local Government Rates (Financial Procedures) Regulations 2023 that the Annual Rate on Valuation for all rateable properties within the rating authority of Kildare County Council has been levied. 

The Annual Rate on Valuation for Kildare County council, Aras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare for the financial year ending on 31st December, 2026 is 0.2313, as adopted at the Budget Meeting of the above mentioned local authority held on 17th November, 2025.

The said rates calculated under Section 4(1) of the Local Government (Rates and Other Matters) Act 2019, as amended, will be payable from 1st January, 2026.
