The Private Estate Residents' Associations Open Space Maintenance Grant Scheme 2026 will open on January 19th 2026 and close on March 13th 2026 at 5 p.m. Late applications will not be considered.
Please note that Local Authority Residents’ Association Grants are available only to residents’ associations in estates that were built by, or on behalf of, Kildare County Council.
Residents’ Associations in estates developed by a private developer — whether the estate is taken in charge or not by Kildare County Council — are not eligible for LARA funding and should instead submit their applications to the Private Residents’ Association Grants Scheme.
