What Is Competitive Dialogue?

-
Assessment & Shortlisting
- The Council reviews submissions based on location, planning status, design quality, and capacity to deliver.
- Suitable candidates are shortlisted to enter the Dialogue Phase.
-
Dialogue Phase
- Shortlisted developers work with the Council to refine their proposals.
- This may include design updates, planning details, and funding considerations.
- The Council may reduce the number of candidates during this phase.
-
Final Tender & Contract Award

- Contracts are awarded based on value for money, design quality, and deliverability.
